This Winter Series Culinary Class is more than just someone teaching you recipes or techniques—it's a chance to meet owner, Donny Dichirico to share Furnari Sausages craft, passion, and love for authentic, handmade sausage. This series is deeply personal, rooted in the heart of what Furnari stands for: tradition, connection, and the joy of bringing people together through food.
This project also reflects the family owned businesses commitment to fostering local connections. In every class, students will not only gain skills but also become part of a legacy that’s been cultivated over years. Join in this intimate, interactive experience!
